Delivery
UK orders are shipped via Evri, costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note, the shipping prices are subject to change.
Please allow 5 working days for us to ship your order, plus the carrier processing time.
Currently we only offer shipping within the UK. We are really hoping to expand this in the near future!
Returns
We hope you love your Blanche Voie purchase, however, if you wish to return your order, we have a 10-day return policy. This means, you have 10 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund.
Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 10 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, drawstring bag, etc.).
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender.
The costs and risks of the return of product(s) are taken on by the sender.
We do not cover the costs of returned items.
To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, and accompanied by all of its accessories.

- Ensure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached. Please include the packing slip with your reason for return written on this.
- All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Drop your package at your nearest shipping courier.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 10 days or you can exchange the parcel for something else. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to return the funds.
